Notes from the coach
Structured Coaching to develop skills through better court positioning / shot selection, improving stroke play using a variety of drills. Players learn how to score and play points with some team-based match play. The sessions are aimed at girls who have played previously and who can maintain a basic rally (Improver to Intermediate Level) in School Years 7-11. Players split by age and ability.
