Notes from the coach

Tots Tennis is a short 30 minute session aimed at younger players aged 4-5. It's a first introduction to tennis and just like the real game but it's played on small courts with short rackets and soft balls. There's an ongoing emphasis to develop agility, balance and coo-ordination skills and a weekly theme to develop technique. If you'd like to join in but not sure the session is for you, or you have some questions, then please get in touch. We'd love to help get you started and keep playing.
