Other News

A suggestion has been made which is being actively pursued to plant a native Hedgerow on the western boundary on the edge of the Salvation Army owned field. We have contacted the Salvation Army Estate Manager. Black fabric netting will be put up along that same external fencing to further help with sheltering from the wind in the short-term.

On the subject of maintenance, if you spot anything around the facility that needs attention please bring the matter to the attention of one of our commitee members.

The commitee is looking for nominations of any charity they would like us to consider when raising funds at social events.  If you have a favourity charity, please contact a member of the commitee to propose a charity with rationale of why we should select this charity.
