INTENSIVE TENNIS CAMP (Full day) - The 10is Performance Tennis Camp will prepare our tennis players to be at the top of their game, technically, physically and tactically. All of our coaches follow the coaching method devised by Sebastien Scaux. We fully understand the challenges of high-level sports and we will work closely with you to prepare you to face them head-on with absolute confidence. TENNIS TRAINING - A focus on the tennis fundamentals throughout the week - 4hrs of Tennis + 1 1/2 hrs of physical training + 1 1/2 hrs of Team sports / stretching - 4 players maximum per court - Precise technical feedback and support Tactical training Regular on court video analysis. - Daily training matches - FITNESS TRAINING 1.5 hours of fitness training per day Fitness test (Day 1). - Training tailored to individual based on age, level and needs.
