Junior Competition Squad | Ages 11+

This session is for junior players who can rally and serve consistently on full courts with green or yellow balls and are ready for structured performance training. Ideal for juniors aiming to develop their game for competition.

The first hour focuses on a specific technical, tactical, physical or mental aspect, developed in group drills.

The second hour applies this theme in matchplay situations as well as performance-based games, offering a strong yet enjoyable balance of competition in a fun, supportive environment.

In the first session, an ALFA coach will assess each player's game and current level to place them in the most suitable group, ensuring everyone feels comfortable, challenged and supported while maintaining the quality and standard of every class.
