ClubSpark Online Booking
Abbeydale Tennis Club is pleased to inform you that we now have *a countdown* for members to be able to use a number of
online services such as Booking Courts, Club Programme class bookings, ball machine hire and children's group tennis lessons.
As a Club we have administrated membership & bookings totally through paper bookings for the last 26 years so this is a huge change for us and ask members extra patience while we adjust to swapping to electronic systems.
Although everything will be online, we don't want to lose the personal touch and so all our services will still be available to be booked through reception so if you aren't keen on computers or smart phones, you can still book in person with us as normal.
Please find below a timetable of how the new systems will be introduced and integrated over the coming weeks & months with the first stage beginning today on Monday 16th November 2015.
We are having a soft launch of the booking system, whereby staff will have access to the system for the first few weeks to train and gain confidence
with this module, before the Club Membership gets access on Monday 4th January 2016. Hopefully the staff will all be experts by that time and will be able to help members more effectively.
Monday 16th Nov 2015 Soft Launch of Online Booking System
Mon 16th to Sun 29th Nov - Dual online & paper systems in operation for 2 weeks. ( staff only )
Mon 30th Nov to Sun Online Bookings only - Staff training
Mon Jan 4th onwards - Launch for Online Booking Module to all members ( Registered with ClubSpark )
Coaching & Club Programme Modules - 2016
March 2016 - Club Programme online ( Predicted Launch ) LTA Pilot Scheme.
April 2016 - Controlled Access Module ( Predicted Launch ) LTA Pilot Scheme.
May 2016 - Tennis Squads Booking Module online ( Predicted Launch ) LTA Pilot Scheme
In preparation for the launch there are a couple of things members will have to do.
1) All members need to be registered with ClubSpark ( Many of you have already done this )

2) There are two useful App for your phone that help you access the ClubSpark System and book courts. These Apps are available online now but will be only usable to members when we make the modules live and visible to members.

The ClubSpark modules look exciting and easy to use and we hope members benefit from this investment, but remember we are still available to take bookings in person if members prefer that.
