Abbeydale's NEW online booking system for both Club Programme Coaching and both indoor and outdoor courts has now gone live !

As many of you will already know Clubspark is the name of our new membership, online court booking & coaching system. We have now dispensed with the old systems and are just running all bookings online.

Initially ( for training ) it's open to staff only but will be fully available to members in around 4 weeks on 4th January 2016. All of Abbeydale's staff are already using the system now and love it. 

Clubspark will be our membership database and booking system and if you haven't already registered to use ClubSpark please do so asap, as you won't be able to book anything without your log in.

Those of you who have registered, it is important that you log-in before January 2016 and update as many details as possible on your personal Clubspark account ie Mobile Number, Emergency Phone Number, Home Address, DOB, Email Address etc. 

A confirmation email is sent to you after making any online bookings and without a confirmation e-mail there is no guarantee that the activity has been booked.  If you have booked on a course and don't recieve an e-mail almost instantly confirming your booking, please contact us asap and we'll check for you, ( unless of course you have un-checked the conformation box ) 

If you have booked onto a Club programme session recently through reception, you may have already received some confirmation e-mails from Abbeydale / ClubSpark regarding those bookings. This is due to The Club transferring all of the Club programmes from paper to online ( today onwards )
