Notes from the coach
Structured Coaching to develop rallying skills, learn better court positioning/shot selection and improve techniques. Players also learn basic tactical skills, how to score and play points with some team-based match play. The sessions are aimed at girls who have previously attended the Girls Youth Intro and Follow-On Courses for School Year 1-4. Players are split by age and ability.
