This tennis drills session is a fun, sociable group fitness session set on the tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Numbers are limited to 10 players, so you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during the session and have a great workout at the same time. Here’s your chance to hit loads of shots, including forehands, backhands, smashes and volleys, in a high intensity drills-based session. The drills are suitable for beginners to advanced players, and it doesn’t matter if the ball goes in or out, its about your work rate and keeping moving so whatever your level you can enjoy this session and improve your fitness doing tennis related exercises.
