Fitness Coaching Sessions - Extended

Tthis tennis drills session has now been extended beyond 6th March. It's a fun, sociable group fitness session set on the tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Numbers are limited to 10 players, so you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during the session and have a great workout at the same time. The session will be run 9am-10am Sunday mornings

Here’s your chance to hit loads of shots, including forehands, backhands, serves and volleys, in a high intensity drills-based session. The drills are suitable for beginners to advanced players, and it doesn’t matter if the ball goes in or out, its about your work rate and keeping moving so whatever your level you can enjoy this session and improve your fitness doing tennis related exercises.

This is a pay-and-play session and you will need to book your place via the Adult Coaching section of this wesbite
