IMPROVERS GROUP

Designed for those who may have had some lessons or played a little before. The Improvers Groups are a good place to gain confidence and meet others of a similar standard so that you can feel more confident when joining in social sessions with a wider variety of players.

INTERMEDIATE GROUP

The intermediate group embraces a wide range of players from ladies mid week team players through to men and women who are just looking to increase their knowledge of both stroke techniques and doubles play.

CARDIO TENNIS

It is a fun and dynamic tennis session designed to improve your stamina, learn different footwork patterns and strenghten your body. It is great way to start the day whether you want to get fitter, need a fresh air or just want to hit some balls with a music in the background.

TENNIS EXPRESS

Is a tennis program suitable for adult beginners. It is a great way to try tennis as a new sport, learn all the basic skills and techniques.  It is  usually designed as a nine-hour course over six weeks. It is centred on the use of modified equipment such as slower bouncing green and orange balls to ensure that players quickly learn the game of tennis; being able to serve, rally and score by the end of the course.
