What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
I would like to invite your child to attend a new after school tennis club taking place at your school. These sessions will involve fun dynamic warm-ups, fun co-ordination skills, rallies & tactics, serving exercises and team games. All equipment is provided but if you would like to bring your own racket to use, please feel free to do so. These sessions will take place at Noremarsh school.
