Notes from the coach

The Yellow Ball Junior Performance sessions are designed for juniors aged 11+, and who have had prior experience in playing tennis at a match-play level, and wish to develop their technical, tactical, and physical ability to improve their performances. These sessions will focus on improving specific strengths and weaknesses in the players competitive games, as well as providing more opportunities to practice in friendly matches and potential participation in local match-plays/tournaments.
