Notes from the coach
This course is designed for children 9-10 years old. This age group is on a full tennis court with a slightly softer ball than a normal yellow ball. Like the Mini Orange Performance sessions, they are designed to develop the players speed and strength around the court. Elements of physical fitness will become more of a training goal during these sessions.
