Notes from the coach

The Yellow Ball Development Stage is a course designed for children at 11 years or older. A Yellow Ball Development player will play on a full sized tennis court with a full velocity Yellow Ball. This stage is appropriate for players trying tennis for the first time or transitioning from Mini Green Ball onto Yellow Ball. The fundamentals such as serving, forehand, backhand and volleys will be addressed at this stage whilst having a lot of fun at each session. A Yellow Ball Development player could use this stage as a springboard onto the next stage - Yellow Ball Performance - or simply play for fun.
