Adults Programme:

Join our exciting Adults Programme, with your first session absolutely free! After the first few sessions, we invite you to become a club member to continue the journey. Our fun, inclusive sessions cater to all skill levels and focus on both technical and tactical development. You'll receive individual coaching from accredited professionals in a supportive and engaging environment. Check out our timetable;

Monday - 6:30pm-7:30pm - Beginner/Improvers (StaplefordTC)

Monday - 7:30pm-9:30pm - Free Social Tennis *All abilities welcome (StaplefordTC)

Thursday - 7:00pm-8:00pm - Improver/Intermediate (StaplefordTC)

Friday - 6:30-7:30pm - Ladies Aces *PAYG (HauxtonTC)

First session is Free ... so why not come along & have a go! 

Important Infomation: Please note that if you participate in group or individual sessions at HauxtonTC or StaplefordTC you will need to make sure you or your son/daughter is a member of the tennis club. Membership can be found on the clubs website.
