This adults tennis programme is 8 weeks & for players wanting to start a new sport or for players who have not picked up a racket in a while wanting to re-cap the basics! The programme will build upon the last focusing on technique across all the shots combined with tactics to be able to effectively play a match. The course is always lots of fun and the coach can tailor the sessions according to your needs.
