This fun and dynamic 7 week adults tennis course is suited for players picking up a racket for the first time or getting back into the game after a break. Our Rusty Rackets sessions are the perfect way to build confidence, improve technique, and enjoy tennis in a friendly, social environment.

Our coaching adapted to suit different abilities. You’ll work on;

• Forehands, backhands, volleys, and serves

• Rallying skills and shot consistency

• Movement and positioning

• Basic tactics for singles and doubles

• Game-based drills and informal match play
