Mae'r grŵp hwn wedi'i gynllunio ar gyfer chwaraewyr newydd i'r gêm sydd am ddatblygu sgiliau sydd eu hangen ar gyfer y gêm gan gynnwys symudiad da, ystwythder a chydbwysedd. Ar yr un pryd, dysgu pethau sylfaenol y gêm, gan gynnwys pob strôc, sut i chwarae gyda thactegau sylfaenol a meithrin hyder yn eu galluoedd. This group is designed for new players to the game who are wanting to develop skills needed for the game including good movement, agility and balance. At the same time learning the basics of the game including all strokes, how to play with basic tactics and build confidence in their abilities. All classes are delivered with high energy and enthusiasm to encourage all players and their abilities.
