Come along, pick up a racket and give tennis a go for free, as part of the LTA's Big Tennis Weekends. It's open to everyone regardless of age or experience. We'll have our Coaching Team on site running our sessions, for both Kids and Adults. Plus 'Free Play' available for those who want to test the speed of your serve or just play some games. If you are interested in having coaching, social or competitive tennis, we have something for all ages. We'll have rackets for you borrow, if you don't have your own. Pre-book your session/s to guarantee your place. Look out for special Membership offers on the day. We are opposite the Victoria Hall and have plenty of free parking.

LTA Youth Start
LTA Youth Start is a fun starter course for kids aged 4–11 who are new to tennis or have played very little. Delivered in a safe, inclusive environment, sessions are full of fun games designed to make kids fitter, confident and more skilled. A participant pack is provided along with rewards for progress that will motivate them to be their own best.
Adult Coaching
Try our adult coaching taster session. Ideal for people new to the sport or who haven’t picked up a racket in a long time. You can borrow our rackets if you don’t have your own, just come prepared to hit a few balls and have some fun.
Junior
No matter what your ability you’ll have fun on court with of junior players your age. Coaches will be on hand to offer tips to help your game and advice on how you can continue to play.
Family Time
Get on court with your family and have some fun. We’ll provide modified balls and rackets for the younger ones and coaches will be on hand to give you some pointers if you want them.
