The 18U Performance Squad is for our most promising junior competition players looking to access high intensity training during the school term. Concentrated singles and doubles specific drills and matchplay will encourage players to test and improve their game under pressure. Performance Squad Objectives: # Encourage personal best effort, high standards & competency # Develop smart tactical patterns of play & shot selection along with the technical skills to execute effectively # Improve athletic movement, footwork & fitness to meet the physical demands of the game # Pursue the mental toughness necessary to compete at the highest level
