British Tour Finalist

The British Tour is a singles tennis circuit for professional players wanting to compete on home soil, young stars with ambitions of going pro in the future, and national level players who still compete at a high level – in other words, the very best of British tennis.

Since 2007, I have competed in over 40 events on the British Tour circuit. During these 15 years, the best results I've achieved have been qualifying for the main draw of Grade 1 events and winning a round in the main draw of Grade 2 events, including a win over Joe Salisbury along the way and earning a career high UK ranking of #101.

In July 2021 ranked #268, I set myself a goal to earn a ranking inside the UK's top 100 which would require me to surpass my personal best results on the British Tour circuit.

January 2023, I broke down the barrier reaching my maiden final of a British Tour at Edgbaston Priory. Seeded 13 out of 32 players, I over exceeded expectations winning 4 matches, including a 6-7, 7-5, 11-9 Semi-Final win against the 4th seed Patrick Foley (ranked #56 in UK with a career high of #1,271 pro ATP Ranking).

Reaching the final earned me #2,260 singles ranking points, moving my ranking up #37 positions to #115 in the UK. The goal to achieving a career high ranking is now looking very achievable...
