The system shows availability for 7 days only.  Outside of this, the booking slots will be unavailable.

We operate a 24 hours cancellation policy for users (48 hours for coaches) or the session is charged in full.

We do not allow external coaching without contacting the office first at info@bestfields.co.uk for a licence.  Unlicenced coaching sessions will be cancelled without refund.
