Notes from the coach
Ross Tennis Centre Squad Training is for players who have started working towards competition level play. Sessions will be specific to help players improve technique and tactics for age relevant competition. This session is for players aged 8-14ylds and will be using balls and courts appropriate for the age and level of players. These sessions are ideal for players looking to compete at LTA competitions and who play more than once a week.
