Club Stalwarts Honoured

Two long time members of BLTC who had, between them, over 90 years of membership were recognised for their loyalty and their devoted work at BLTC with Honorary Membership of the Club.

Sheila Walker had served the Club for 25 years as part of the committe including 10 years as Treasurer during her 50 year association with BLTC.

Malcolm Bird had also been a committee member for 25 years during his 40 year association with the Club, occupying the role of Vice Chairman during the last ten years.

Both members expressed their thanks for the Club's recognition of their long service and informed of the many happy times they had experienced playing at the Club where they had both made long term friendships.

Club Chairman, Chris Day, thanked both members for their devotion and contributions to the Club during their long association with BLTC.
