Membership Packages

Joining or renewing through our website could not be easier and will greatly assist our Club in many ways, not least speeding up administration and reducing costs.

To Renew, as existing members you will be sent an automatic email inviting you to renew your membership each year towards the end of March. Simply follow the instructions and links provided in that email or simply sign in to your Club account and follow your "Renew" link on the Membership page. Please take the time to ensure our clubspark email address (mail@clubspark.co.uk) used for contacting members is a trusted email on your system and is not blocked or sent to your junk folder.

New membership requests should choose the appropriate package listed below and follow the links and instructions. 

Online payments are undertaken by our partner GoCardless, the UK's leading Direct Debit provider. It is a Bacs approved bureau and an FCA authorised institution. It is a secure payment site and you are always protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. See the guarantee [more...] 
Membership payments can also now be made by credit card.

Data Protection

Be aware that on becoming a member of Baslow Tennis Club you will need to tick the box relating to data protection and agree to the club holding information about you as regulated by the Data Protection Acts. This information is required for administrative purposes and to enable the club to comply with its legislative obligations. At the same time you will have the options as to whether you receive certain information from us throughout the year.

Please be aware that on becoming a member of Baslow Tennis Club you also automatically become a member of Baslow Sports Field CIO at no extra cost. See Baslow Sports Field website for the advantages it accrues. Baslow Sports Field operates and maintains your sports field facilities and has similar data protection policies to BTC. Your membership details will be shared with Baslow Sports Field CIO. Your details will not be shared with or sold to any other organisation or third party. See our Data Protection Policy.

British Tennis Membership

Finally, Baslow Tennis Club is registered with the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) which confers a number of benefits not the least of which being insurance and Public Liability insurance. Your club encourages all of its members to become individual members of the LTA (Join Here). Their "Lite" Package membership is free as a member of Baslow Tennis Club and comes with many advantages, such as being eligible for the Wimbledon draw.
