Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.
Notes from the coach
Two part workout with tennis skill at the core. Part 1 Drills workout and part 2 serve and return under pressure! If you can't stay the 90min, call me to book a shorter slot!
