Notes from the coach
NOTE: session moved from Monday to Wednesday from w/c 25/03/2024. This class is for players who describe themselves as more advance then beginners. Also for players who completed our beginners course and feel confident enough to get to the next level of the game as this is more about getting more knowledge of how to strike the ball better, be more tactically aware and physically strong to absorb faster incoming tennis ball in doubles and singles as well.
