Bedfordshire LTA - Extraordinary General Meeting of the Association to be held in The Moorfield Room, The Rufus Centre, Steppingley Road, Flitwick, MK45 1AH, on Thursday 30th November 2023 at 7.30pm. 

The meeting will also be available to attend through Zoom upon request.

The meeting is open to all members of registered Venues and contacts are requested to circulate to as many of their members as possible.

Only official venue representatives will be allowed to vote.

The purpose of this meeting is for consideration of the following proposal:

“In accordance with Rule 28 of the Bedfordshire Lawn Tennis Association Constitution, it is hereby proposed that the Association is dissolved.

The dissolution will take effect from the date of the resolution.”

Please note:

All assets and liabilities of Bedfordshire Lawn Tennis Association will be transferred to Bedfordshire Tennis Limited.

Bedfordshire Tennis Limited was formed earlier this year and is in place and will operate to provide for tennis in the County.
