About this course

Notes from the coach

This session develops the participants life skills on and off the court. Players will develop resilience in their Tennis and learn to be independent thinkers. They will build their self confidence by learning the tools to play the game. They will also learn how to play with respect for their opponents. There will also be opportunities to gain a Tennis Leader qualification where they can volunteer in the club’s coaching and competition programmes.
