What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Description
Please note: This course is at Richmond Olympus - a 5 minute walk from the usual Old Deer Park courts. A fun and enjoyable way for children to learn the key strokes within tennis. Courses run on a weekly basis at the time specified. Rackets can always be provided if you do not have one.
