Dear Members,

We have today finally agreed a schedule for the resurfacing of the courts with Porous Kushion Kourt (PKK) with our suppliers, Sports Maintenance Services.
PKK is the acrylic surface that we voted unanimously to use at the AGM earlier this year.

We apologise for the short notice, but this means that the courts will be closed from Saturday 7th September to Monday 16th September inclusive.
This means that Coaching classes will now not restart until Monday 23rd September, and some events will need rearranging including the Junior Tournament that was scheduled for Sunday 15th September.  We will confirm details as soon as possible.

The process is weather dependent, and it is possible the eventual end date may be different to the above, so please bear with us.
