Notes from the coach
This Ladies only group is for those who have attended Tennis Xpress or Beginners Coaching, or who haven’t played for some time, and are now ready for the next step. During these lessons, time will be split between rallying, practicing strokes, basket feeding from the coach and a game of doubles to finish the session!
