Your committee have been looking at ways to help encourage and enable the use of the Courts for the many students who are spending extra time in the village this year and have introduced a new membership category.
 
The new category is Summer Student

Valid from now until 18/10/2020

For any Student 18+ who is at university/college and holds a valid student union card . Limited period of months.  Cost - £20
 
We have also updated our Guest Policy as follows:-

• Members can invite a guest to play up to 3 times in a membership year
• No guest may visit the club more than 3 times per membership year (1st Apr – 31st March). Any more than the 3 times and they will need to become a member to play. 
• Members must sign in each guest by including them on a group booking when booking the court on the ClubSpark online booking system.
• Guests must pay a visitor fee of £3 per booking , this will be payable by Bank Transfer Bledlow Ridge LTC, Lloyds Sort Code: 30-94-28.  Account Number 01422778 to when making the court booking
• Junior members are only allowed junior guests - not adult guests
• No fees are payable for visitors playing in club or official league matches
• Guests are your responsibility at all times and must leave the club with you

To help us ensure this system works we would be grateful if the court booking system on our webpage could be used at all times.  This is especially important at the moment to enable us to follow the government guidelines for ‘track and trace’.   If anyone has difficulty using the system then please do contact one of the committee.
