We're delighted to announce that Cardio Tennis is coming to Bledlow Ridge Tennis Club on Tuesday and Saturday afternoons! Looking for a new, fun and exciting way to improve your fitness or lose weight? Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. As opposed to focusing on technique and tactics Cardio Tennis is about getting your heart rate up, burning lots of calories and hitting loads of balls. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving. All players regardless of age, ability and fitness level are welcome to take part.
