Despite the rain and cold, our men's, mixed, and ladies' teams played four matches in the last five days!

Here's our mixed team of two husband and wife pairings - Nick and Sue Vince and Ben and Jane Lawrence, who tied against Lacey Green and Loosely Row last week on a cold evening. It was a fun game against our neighbouring club who were very friendly and we had a nice cup of tea, biscuits and cake afterwards to warm up.

Massive kudos to our women's team who played not one but two matches last weekend, and braved the rain and the cold. The first match was at home against Cheddington in constant rain on Saturday and the second against Stewkley away. Well done ladies, we are very proud of you! Playing on Saturday were Louise Zymelka, Carol Tribe, Sue Vince and Sophie Bettison. Playing on Sunday were Jane Lawrence, Holly Gage, Jo Lucas and Cathy Armstrong.

And finally, congrats to our men's team of Chris Palmer (c), Thomas Fodor, George Lawrence and Tom Dawson who beat Great Missenden 7-1 on Sunday. Well done chaps!
