Throughout February, we consulted all members about how to improve our club with a Forum at the Golden Cross and online survey. The feedback from everyone has been really useful.

As a consequence, we are going to implement the following immediately:

• Set up a WhatsApp Group for all members – it will allow us to highlight events and information about club nights, coaching and team updates. It will also allow members to contact each other to arrange social tennis.  Please contact the committe for the link to join.

• The Committee room will be open on Club nights so that members can have refreshments and access to the toilets.

Going forward, we will look at the opportunities of:

• Social tennis at a weekend
• Provide a welcome pack for new members
• Provide more information about social and team tennis
• Possibility of running a ladder/ tournament for internal competitions (singles or doubles)
