What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
5-8 Year Olds - Skills development, technique and racket skills, fun and engaging sessions on a weekly basis. - Suitable for all abilities - Membership not required to join courses - All equipment provided - Join anytime and pay pro-rata for remaining sessions
