Team Captain Role:  Ali has kindly volunteered to be our Club Team Captain.  This involves being our Club Contact for all leagues, allocating fixtures to captains, being their point of contact and ensuring a system with the captain to collect match fees.  Thank you Ali.

WDTL Request:   Watford & District Tennis League are looking for new blood on their Committee. This is not because there is much work to do as a General Committee Member, but because it is good to have new ideas and representation from different clubs. Please give it a thought and ring Lynne Moxon on 01582 873106 if you can spare some time.

200 Club:   Herts Lawn Tennis Association has been running a 200 Club for many years as a way of raising funds to support its activities in promoting tennis throughout the county. In recent years there have not been many new applications to buy a share/s, quite probably due to the fact that many people are unaware of what a 200 Club is so we have revamped this opportunity and named it more appropriately as Herts Tennis Monthly Draw though the underlying organisation and operating bank account remain named 200 Club. Each share is just £12 per year and you have an opportunity each month to win one of five prizes of up to £40 with a twice yearly prize of £100 up for grabs. There is also a ballot for Wimbledon tickets exclusively for shareholders of 200 Club shares so many reasons to participate and help your county grow tennis in to the bargain. As an added bonus, for every ten of your members that sign up, we will allocate one share to your club so anyone taking advantage of this offer should let us know which club they belong to.

Membership renewals and offers:  Our membership renewals will be going out by the end of the week.  A reminder is then automatically sent out 21 days later if it hasn't been paid.  When you receive your renewal, please contact Rebecca if anything needs changing.
