Lost Property:  This is kept in a box outside the ladies toilet.  We will putting all the lost property out on the table on a Saturday morning during junior group coaching until the end of term.  Anything left after this without a name will be donated to charity.

Facilities update:  As you may have noticed, we now have a bench down on Court 5 and the plan is to get another two.  A skip is planned for the car park so that we can tidy up and the flower tubs are due to be replanted.  We would like to ensure that all our cardboard, plastic and paper is recycled.  Bins have been labelled and we have volunteers who have offered to take the recycling home.  Please ensure that you only put these materials in the recycling bins.  Please contact Martin if you notice anything else that needs doing:  martinallen690@btinternet.com

Fund Raising:  In the next couple of years the plan for the club is to invest in a new court surface and floodlights for courts 1 & 2 so we would like to try to be more inventive about raising money for any other items we need.  It has been suggested that we purchase score posts for each court so that scores can be recorded as a match progresses and everyone can see what the score is.  This would benefit club matches, socials and tournaments.  We are looking at various options and an idea to raise some money for these.  Please watch this space and if anyone has any ideas to raise money or would like to get involved in this, please let us know.
