Joanna Waterhouse and Angela Bowcock beat Joanne Bernstein and Sam Bernstein. They will face no 2 seeds, Gill Birrell and Fran Hughes in the next round.
More success for Paul Harris as he and Steve Coleman beat Simon Tobi and Tony Kumeta in round 2. Paul and Steve face Paul Skelt and Keith Harris in the quarter final.
