For once, the sun shone constantly on BBLTC finals day as our first two week tournament was completed successfully.

Mens singles

Raj Kushwaha had a full-on programme, beating Jos Bailey and Jonathan Khan to reach the final. He then got his name on the trophy with a close two set win over David Kirkman

Ladies Singles

In our first match of the day, Philippa Hayton beat Angela Bowcock in two sets.

Ladies Doubles

Liz Baker/Louise Whyte retained their title with a two set win over Jackie Huggon/Helen Judd

Mens Doubles

Jonathan Khan/Raj Kushwaha also retained their title with a two set win over Geraint Davies/Phil Huggon

Mixed Doubles

Completing the pattern of title retention; Karen Cleminson/Duncan Hurlstone beat Helen Judd/Steve Coleman in two sets in the final match of this years event.
