Notes from the coach
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is our newest coaching session and is based on the Scottish Squash initiative to improve women's participation in squash. Designed by women, for women, HIIT sessions focus on learning the basics of the game while keeping active and building confidence and are suitable for everyone regardless of ability or experience.
