Cardio Tennis is not just tennis – it’s a full-body workout set to upbeat music! Every session blends:

  • Tennis Drills – Improve stroke technique, footwork, and rally skills while keeping moving.
  • Cardio Exercises – Boost heart rate, burn calories, and improve stamina with tennis-inspired movements.
  • Fun & Social Play – Enjoy games and challenges in a lively group setting, perfect for meeting other players and staying motivated.

Led by experienced instructors, each session is a fast-paced, exhilarating way to combine fitness and tennis while having a blast!
