Bromsgrove Tennis Club is once again looking fantastic, thanks to the incredible efforts of a dedicated group of members who turned out for the second working party of 2025 on Saturday, July 26th, 2025.

These enthusiastic volunteers tackled a variety of essential tasks to keep the club's grounds in top shape. From mowing the grass and trimming the hedges to meticulously removing weeds that had grown between the paving slabs, their hard work made a significant difference.

A few new jobs were carried out, painting the newly aquired benches for those who'd like to watch a tennis match a fetching green, and for the really brave, a challenging task awaited: pruning some trees, which required skill and effort.

As a members' club, we truly rely on everyone to muck in and help keep our club looking the best it can be. The commitment shown by these individuals perfectly embodies that spirit, ensuring our facilities remain a welcoming and attractive place for all.

Thankfully, after the unexpected visitors at the last working party, the horseflies stayed away this time, allowing the volunteers to work in peace and comfort. The success of this working party is a testament to the strong community spirit and shared responsibility among Bromsgrove Tennis Club members. Their dedication ensures the club continues to thrive!
