Notes from the coach

Adult Group Coaching with Angus Rive. You’ll already have an understanding of the basic techniques, movements and rules of the game. Ideally, you can hold a rally of around six, serve and start a point. You may still be new to the game, or perhaps you haven’t played for a while and you’re a bit rusty. It’s likely you’ve had some coaching before, either in a group or individually.
