Having started yoga with very little previous experience and concerns of having little flexibility, I soon realised that this did not matter at all. I enjoy adapting my teaching for all abilities. and bringing my enthusiasm for Iyengar Yoga to the classes I teach at Broomhill where I love teaching!
Lyengar Yoga is accessible to anyone and a very safe form of yoga. Regular practice increases suppleness, strength and stamina and improves posture. It also aids concentration and quietens the mind to promote well-being.
I am currently running hour long classes as follows:
Monday evening at 7pm
Wednesday morning at 11am
