Performance Session

The club has various performance sessions for players in their teens who are more experienced than the Challenger group and play regularly. Sessions take place on Monday's, Wednesday's, Friday's and Saturday's with players learning tennis in a more in-depth structure with the four performance factors. Drills and exercises to work on Physical, Mental, Tactical and Technical skills. Players also attend a Fitness session run by Sport 981 to work on tennis specific fitness and are encouraged to play external tournaments  For more information contact Alison Smith on 07970 403079.
