On  July 19th  Burton Tennis and Squash Club hosted the Junior Presentation Evening at which children collected medals, trophies and certificates for their achievements over the last term.

With all three colours of Mini Tennis having competed this term, players and competitors as young as 5 went up to collect their medals to the applause of the watching parents. In addition to the tournaments, awards were handed out to the winner of the Target Tennis and Challenger Net Cord challenge, as well as recognition of players who represented the club so successfdully in the Aegon matches.

Videos were shown of the Nottingham Open Trip, the up coming summer camps andthere were clips of the kids taken over the last twelve months. With the term now finished, the next notable event is three weeks of summer camps beginning on July 31st. The camps run from Monday to Friday 10am - 3pm.
