Level 1 players who are transitioning from beginners, have a good understanding of the game, can rally, but need more consistency and confidence with basic ground strokes and serves and have some understanding of basic doubles play and court positioning. Level 2 players who are developing their technique and tactics for competitive play, or for those returning to the game wanting a refresher course. For players who are starting to regularly play tennis have progressed through beginner clinics and are playing at a level to feed into weekly club sessions.
